Jude Wants to Be The Change His Country Needs

Dr. Mortel always dreamed that a student would one day become Haiti’s president, and Jude wants to be just that.

When Jude’s teacher warned him about the dangers and challenges of politics, Jude stood firm. He told her that it’s his duty to change the country for the better– a foreign concept to many youth in Haiti who are impacted by the desperation and hopelessness of their daily lives.

Not Jude.

He recently took on the role of Class President as his first step towards a brighter future for Haiti.

Thanks to his teachers and the quality character formation provided by LBS, he sees hope for Haiti and is ready to work for it!
