As Haiti is once again the victim of natural disasters, her people remain steadfast in their faith and resilience.  Thank you to everyone who has inquired about our school community and expressed their concerns for those directly impacted by the earthquake – which was followed by a tropical depression that brought torrential rains to southern Haiti.  Fortunately, the epicenter of the earthquake is located over 100 miles southwest of St. Marc, which is home to our schools, teachers, students, and their families.  The entire St. Marc region was not affected, and our school families are safe.

If you are interested in contributing to disaster relief efforts, we recommend Catholic Relief Services.  They have been working for years to provide relief to the people living in southern Haiti. We ask that you continue to keep the country and those affected in your prayers.  While they are presently facing several challenges, we continue to remain hopeful for a brighter future.
