On Sunday, October 27, over 120 guests joined us in Hershey for An Afternoon of Wine & Pastry Pairings, guided by Chef Cedric Barberet of Lancaster’s Bistro Barberet, and Carrie Elliott Reese, Certified Sommelier of Elliott Reese Wine. Savoring the wine and French pastries was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon and raise awareness and funds for Haiti!
The event was a significant success for our mission in Haiti with 10 students sponsored, 5 of Dr. Mortel’s award-winning books sold, and many other generous donations collected throughout the event.
