It was a beautiful fall day at Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, MD as nearly 100 people enjoyed delicious crabs, great food, fellowship, drinks, and raffles.

With the challenges in Haiti right now and the difficulty that many face to find food and clean water each day, the Crab Feast focused on helping feed students at the Mortel HHH schools. Because of the generous support of those who attended, 75 students will be fed this year!

Another special highlight was the opportunity to share a memorable story about Dr. Mortel with the crowd. We appreciate those who took the time to share their stories to help us honor Dr. Mortel’s life and impact.

Thank you to our Gold Sponsors—the Archdiocese of Baltimore and Catholic Community Foundation—and to all who attended and gave from their hearts to provide nourishment to the children at our schools!
