Virtual Wine Pairing Event Raises $23,000 Toward Technical Education Program
On Saturday evening, February 6th, we kicked off Valentine’s week with a Virtual Wine Pairing on Zoom!
We had over 100 guests join us virtually as Certified Sommelier, Carrie Elliott Reese, walked us through delicious pairings of wine with cheese and chocolate.
During the event, Dr. Rod Mortel announced the kickoff of our 2021 Anniversary Year—celebrating 3 separate anniversaries for our schools in Haiti! The preschool is celebrating 5 years, our high school, 10, and our primary school, 20!
To celebrate our past and continue to offer hope for years to come, we’re hoping to raise $100,000 to add a Technical Education program for adults in Haiti as they finish their classical education and look for what’s next.
During this event, we were able to raise $23,000 toward our goal and we are blown away by your generosity!
