Art contest will connect Haitian and central Pennsylvania students

The Mortel High Hopes for Haiti Foundation is sponsoring a Central Pennsylvania Art Contest for students in grades 3-12.
Based in Harrisburg, the foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides education, support and hope to children in Haiti who are economically, socially and intellectually deprived.
