Last week, our elementary school and preschool had a soft opening with the students reporting in plain clothes and not their uniforms. As of this week, both schools have an over 80% attendance rate and have fully resumed their daily activities. Our high school, James Stine college, also started back this week and the students showed up in uniform.

The Haitian Ministry of Education has yet to release an official start date for this academic year, but we, like many other schools across the country, are grateful to get the ball rolling.

We are thrilled to have the students back in school with our teachers and staff who have been ceaselessly working to prepare for their return! Thank you for your ongoing support and let’s continue to pray for smooth sailing for the rest of the school year so these students can remain fed in mind and body!
