Program Focus
Stimulate the interest of Saint Marc youth and adults in the revitalization of Haiti’s agriculture industry by providing hands-on experience. A director has been hired to further develop this program, to prepare the land secured for use, and to work with the James Stine staff in integrating agriculture into the secondary school curriculum.
Teach adults effective farming practices so they can use the land to grow food for their families and for our students throughout our educational system.
